Experienced PR Account Executive: Consumer team
Great opportunity for an ambitious, hands-on consumer PR to join the growing consumer team of one of Bristol’s leading PR consultancies – JBP PR.
Our consumer client portfolio is growing and we’re looking for a team player with bags of energy to work with us on a range of leisure, retail and healthcare consumer accounts. We want to grow so some more, so we’ll be wanting the successful candidate to support the team on new business pitches too.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of working as an Account Executive or similar in a PR consultancy essential
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle a busy workload
- Confident communication skills – working with senior level clients and journalists
- A tenacious approach to media selling in – results driven
- Strong writing skills and experience in writing inspiring copy, newsworthy press releases, media briefings, reports etc
- Good presentation skills
- Passionate about and interested in the media - ideally with some ‘killer’ contacts in the consumer media
- A team player
- A proactive, ‘can do’ approach
- Somebody who wants to develop their career at JBP PR and take on responsibility
