JBP has been appointed to manage the launch of the new Future Inns Hotel in Cabot Circus, Bristol, the latest in the Future Inns hotel chain portfolio and part of the company’s ongoing regional expansion plans.
The new 149 bedroom hotel in the heart of the city's Cabot Circus represents a capital investment of almost £20m and signals Future's commitment to expansion in South West and Wales. Cabot Circus, due to open in mid-May, is the Canadian-based company’s third hotel to be established in the region, joining Cardiff, which was opened four years ago, and Plymouth the following year. The hotel will also offer a bar, a unique steak and chophouse restaurant and free parking for 100 vehicles.
On the top floor, enjoying panoramic views, will be conference facilities that can seat 400 theatre-style and 200 banquet-style guests. The basement floor will host a jazz club which will showcase national and local talent.
JBP is also responsible for ongoing communications to support the Cardiff and Plymouth operations.
