Bristol-based Environmental Lean Solutions (ELS) has appointed JBP to provide PR support for its consultancy and training services.
The contract win for JBP adds to its growing reputation in the environmental services and technologies sector. JBP already represents Knowaste, which has pioneered nappy recycling technology that will go live in the UK early in 2010; and Taylor, the UK’s market leader in waste containment and recycling solutions. In 2008, JBP was also contracted by Bristol City Council to provide PR and event management support for the inaugural BETS (Bristol Environmental Technologies & Services Initiative) Expo. The company is also organising the Sustainable Business in Practice Expo in Bristol in July.
Says Alan Bailey, a Director at ELS: “We have worked with JBP in a previous capacity and their reputation along with their understanding of the environmental services sector made them the natural PR partner for ELS as we seek to raise our national profile as experts in lean business and environmental consultancy.”
Added Chris Lawrance, director at JBP: “We are delighted to welcome ELS on board and we will be leveraging the high calibre of their consultants to position the company as the authoritative voice on lean and sustainable business strategies.”
Environmental Lean Solutions is the first company in the UK to have fused lean techniques with environmental considerations in order to achieve sustainable energy & waste efficiencies in both the public & private sector. It is part of the ABS Group, which currently operates in the UK, USA, Indonesia, & Europe and is the parent company to ABS Renewables, an environmental technology project development company.
