Expense Reduction Analysts, the world’s largest cost reduction consultancy, has appointed JBP to raise the company’s profile in the UK as it bids to win greater market share during the economic downturn. JBP won the account in a four way competitive pitch.
Headquartered in Southampton Expense Reduction Analysts, which has circa 150 consultants across the UK, helps medium sized businesses and large corporates save money and increase profit by cutting costs on overhead business expenses such as logistics, telecommunications, office products, insurance, fleet management, business travel, printing and waste management.
Since 1992, the company has managed more than 14,000 cost reduction projects in over 20 countries. Household name clients have included IKEA, Pizza Hut, Volkswagen, the Hilton Group and Aquascutum.
Says Chris Lawrance, a director at JBP who will be heading up the account: “This contract will add to our proven track record in the professional and financial services sector. Whilst Expense Reduction Analysts has established a worldwide reputation for making significant cost reductions for its clients, there is a recognised need to build brand awareness in order to achieve greater market share in the longer term. We look forward to helping them achieve this business goal and to positioning them as the voice of authority on cost reduction during the current economic downturn.”
Chris Aston, Marketing Director at Expense Reduction Analysts, added: “We realise that the current economic situation provides us with a platform to gain higher brand awareness and to ensure Expense Reduction Analysts becomes the partner of choice and trusted adviser for those companies looking to reduce their cost base in order to sustain profitable growth in the year ahead and beyond. The PR programme devised by JBP hit the mark completely and we are looking forward to a successful working partnership.”
