JBP has played a significant role in establishing Palletways as the premier brand in the fast growing overnight palletised freight sector. This has been achieved through a highly focussed and integrated marketing communications programme. A key element of the programme has been media relations to raise Palletways profile amongst its potential customer base at local, national and European levels. In addition, JBP was instrumental in developing Palletways corporate identity and rolling it out across the organisation. It also produces a regular newsletter for its member companies that make up the national network and customers. In addition, JBP was part of a project team developing Palletways new global website.
In 2003, JBP was presented with a national award by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) for the successful integrated marketing programme it undertook for Palletways. In 2007 JBP also received another award from the CIPR for the charity campaign entitled ‘Drive out Male Cancer’ it has created for Palletways to raise £100,000 for Everyman.
