Palletways
- Pan-european logistics company Palletways appointed JBP to develop a new corporate identity as part of its aim to become the brand leader in the pallet network sector, which has arguably been the fastest growing area in the logistics industry in recent years. The brand development programme was planned and implemented within six months and independent research conducted by Triangle Management Services has shown that Palletways is today the most recognised brand amongst users of pallet networks. The programme was highly commended at the national Chartered Institute of Public Relations Awards.
Swallowfield
- A full service provider for brands operating in the cosmetic, personal care and household goods marketplace, recently appointed JBP to develop their new corporate identity to modernise and reflect their growing international presence. Our aim was to develop a fresh new brand with colour and form that could deftly bridge the gap from the marketing collateral to product labelling. Within four months the brand development was planned, implemented and prepared for delivery across all their printed marketing collateral, including a Brand Guideline brochure to ensure consistent use throughout the company’s different practices and locations.
Methodist Ministers' Housing Society
- In 2008 national charity the Methodist Ministers' Housing Society celebrates its 60th anniversary. The charity helps retired ministers and deacons and their widows or widowers find their own home after many years of service to the Church, offering a shared equity scheme which enables many to get on to the housing ladder for the first time. To mark the charity's diamond anniversary, JBP developed specific branding which is being carried across all its marketing collateral, including newsletters, website and a specially comissioned DVD which was showcased at an anniversary launch event at the House of Commons.
Babe Appeal
- In February 2004, JBP was asked to support Children’s Hospice South West in the launch and duration of an appeal to raise £15m to build a new hospice for the region, based in Wraxall near Bristol.
- JBP identified a need for a strong identity for the Appeal, which would be recognisable and memorable to the public. The Appeal was fortunate in securing the support of local children’s author Dick King-Smith, who lent the well-known character Babe from ‘The Sheep Pig’, from which the name ‘Babe’s Big Appeal’ was created for the fundraising programme. JBP negotiated licensing agreements with the author’s agent and managed the creation of a logo and brand guidelines.
- The Appeal was a huge success and generated the funds required to build the new Hospice.
