Helping you to secure the right results

Authentic and skilled engagement pays off – stakeholders are more likely to support projects if they can help shape them from early on.

Good engagement:

  • Contributes to providing certainty and positive outcomes for the development process, saving time and money
  • Identifies or defuses issues which could otherwise derail development
  • Helps local communities, special interest groups and elected members navigate what can be a complex landscape.

Experts in property and planning

We have particular experience in the property sector.

Working as an embedded member of the wider project team, we support planned developments across England and Wales through the whole planning cycle, from acquisition, to site submission, through allocations and pre-application engagement and beyond. Our Planning and Property PR team also have extensive experience of post-consent PR to ensure the scheme sells. We work on a wide range of projects, including housing, mixed-use, commercial and regeneration, from our five offices in London, Bristol, Cardiff, Manchester and Warwick.
