What brought you to JBP?
I joined JBP in 2019, after graduating from the University of Leeds in 2018 with a BA honors in International Relations. Before my appointment at JBP I worked in marketing where I gained an in-depth understanding of social media, communications and media monitoring. After leaving university my aim was to pursue a career in politics and public affairs, and JBP offered me the perfect opportunity to do this.
Tell us about your role:
My role is very varied as I work alongside the JBP team in supporting a wide range of clients, which makes every day different and exciting. Day-to-day my work includes political research, media monitoring in areas of interests for our clients, and support in the delivery of events. I frequently liaise with clients, contacts and MPs offices.
What is your skillset?
Political Research / Event Management / Public Affairs / Media Monitoring / Social Media
And finally, what do you do in your spare time?
Out of the office I love to socalise, exercise and bake. I enjoy running and playing netball, as well as watching all the football I can at the pub. On the weekends I like to make the most of one of London’s many beer gardens or rooftop bars (so long as the rain holds off).
