I was very familiar with the business and the people as I’d already been a Non Executive Director of JBP for 5 years. When I left my full time role as the Chief Operating Officer of Trinity Mirror Regionals (now Reach Plc) I was asked to take on the role of CEO in September 2017. Having spent nearly 40 years in mainstream media, I relished the opportunity to work with Just Brilliant People.
Working with hugely talented, highly creative, energised, enthusiastic and intelligent people is incredibly motivating. My role is to help the team to grow, to flourish and to focus on what matters to our clients: to deliver on our clients expectations, to put their needs above our own and to ensure our clients are at the heart of everything we do.
