Lisa is a communications specialist with over eleven years’ experience in both agency and in-house roles. She has lead public relations strategies, social media campaigns and crisis communications programmes for a wide range of brands predominantly in the property, travel, energy and food and drink sectors.
Lisa’s background includes working with companies, media and digital influencers from across the globe as well as organising international press trips and events of all scales. She has developed Global digital and PR strategies that have inspired food and drink companies to become involved in an initiative that helped local farmers, artisan businesses and large corporate companies alike.
Lisa successfully led the UK response to a major international incident for a well-known European airline which included issues and reputation management, as well as coordinating emergency responses via main and social media channels. Lisa has also organised press trips with a difference, and launched hotels, gyms, restaurants, shopping centres, out-of-town retail destinations, office campuses and city skyscrapers through integrated PR and social media campaigns and events, using compelling content to increase digital impact, footfall and gain effective media coverage.
